Summary Our closet trip
from home, only about a 30 min drive total. Yet it took
us over an hour to get there (I wonder why?). But that
was just the start of the night. After everyone set up
their tents and got their gear down in the snow, we broke
out the cold pizza. What a great way to start a camping
trip. Plus Pankuch and Ben got a fire going to keep
everyone warm. Mary Kate showed us a great game in which
Phil was totally lost the whole time. The game went on
for hours, but eventually the fire went out and we all
had to hit the sack (It was too cold to be out there for
much longer anyways). The next day we ate our breakfast
and headed out for some hiking. We covered a small area,
but got some experience with going off trailing and
trying to find your way without a map (Just take the
first right....sure). Once the rain came though, we were
out of there like a bat out of hell! Awards For Silver Springs Stupidity
