June 15 2003 12:16 AM - I spent four hours taking the ACT today, four hours painting bathrooms in a poorly vented church, broke my toe playing ultimate Frisbee, and am dead tired. This is Ben at the end of the first week of summer, and this is the first update of the Adventure Studies website. So what’s new you might ask. Well first off, some of the spellings on the site are fixed. Instead of people going to college in their profiles, they are now going to college! There are a few other corrections in the site, but most likely there are still mistakes. So if you see them, just e-mail me and I will fix them. Now that summer has begun we have moved off in our separate ways, but stay in contact. Chris, Caitlin, and Ben played some laser tag and then went to Hooters with David. We have all seen each other at graduations parties, talked online, and seen each other at other events too. Plus we have future ideas for get togethers coming up too. The class is still “living” and who knows, there might be some new pictures on the site soon from other camping trips!!!!! Till next time Later ~Ben June 2 2003 11:14 PM - Hey Hey Hey everyone, It's 11:14 pm, I've been working on the website for over 7 hours, my eyes are burning, and I've listened to the new Less Than Jake cd over 5 times now, This is Ben with the worst sleep schedule for final week and this is the brand new 2003 Adventure Studies website! That's right, it's done. After 125+ hours of work, its all done (well except for the maintenance every couple weeks) I hope everyone enjoys the site. There is a lot of inside jokes and stories within the site, but there is also a lot that other people (non-Adventure Studies) can laugh at too. Stop by the media section and watch the killer slide show, go thru the 350+ picture gallery, read a funny description of each trip and the trip awards, or just leave your mark at the guestbook. The site was made for you to interact with it, so have fun with it! I mean please....I spent 125+ hours, you better have fun with this site! Also I am a horrible speller, so if you see anything misspelled on the site, give me an e-mail at Ben_I_144@Homtail.com, and I will fix it. Also I have ran through the whole site, but I might have missed something. So if a link isn't working, or a picture isn't working, give me an e-mail and I will fix it.
